We offer remote services, and it's surprisingly easy. All you have to do is download the file below and run it! Our technicians will then take control of your computer and do their work! You can also call in to listen to what we're doing while it's happening on your screen! Our remote troubleshooting services are $24.99 an hour with a $24.99 minimum. We can help you with most spyware/virus issues over the Internet, however, if the problem turns out to be too severe, we will come pick up the PC for further investigation.
